Wow, time flies! I can't believe Christmas has already come and gone... For starters, I graduated! I am sooo happy to be done with school. It's awesome :)

After my last final I went up to my parent's house in Highland, where my sisters (who had flown in just a couple days before) threw me a beautiful baby shower. It was so much fun! Here are some pictures..

(About 30 weeks pregnant)

Katie made me this diaper cake.. so cute!

Haha... bending over is difficult these days :)

Thank you to everyone who came to the shower, it was a blast! And thank you to my wonderful sisters who put the whole thing together!

That weekend, we went up to Park City for a bit to spend some time at the condo, which was fun.

(31 weeks)

We got a little snow while we were there!

Sadly, I didn't take any pictures of Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve with Jonny's parents, and had fondue (YUM). Then we spent Christmas day with my family. It was so great to be with everyone, and we were definitely spoiled. Remember that cricut cake I really wanted? Yep, I am now the proud owner of one! I will definitely be putting it to good use. I am now 33 1/2 weeks pregnant, graduated, and not working. That means I have a lot of free time on my hands for the next 6 or so weeks. And now that Jonny got a full time job (hooray!) I will be in need of things to do. Hopefully I can become a cake master before baby comes :)

Beauty Marks

It doesn't matter if you know something is coming, it doesn't make it any easier :/ I knew I'd get stretch marks, but I still can't stand them. Yuck.

So this morning when I saw a set of fresh ones, I almost started to cry. Why does pregnancy have to ruin your body? Before I got too upset, Jonny said this:

"Those aren't stretch marks, those are beauty marks. You shouldn't be upset about them, you should be proud. When I look at those marks I see the marks of a beautiful, strong woman who is giving up so much to bear my children.
When you look at them, think of our baby and how much love you have for her already. Love those marks; they will be a constant reminder of your most precious calling in this life - motherhood."

Thank goodness for husbands.
