So, I'm not exactly the best fisherman. BUT, in addition to the large log I reeled in, I caught a fish! I was the only one who caught anything! But I can't really brag, because it was about 2 inches long. And, I almost fell in reeling it in.. and, I flung the pole around so much I got the fish caught in a tree.. and, I screamed the whole time. oops :) Luckily my wonderful husband came to the rescue!

One of our friends has a boat, so we planned a trip to Lake Powell this summer. Although I'm not a big fan of water and it makes me pretty nervous, I had a ton of fun. It's so beautiful there!
The boat was slightly crowded with all 5 couples, so we set up a tent. Here's the boys carrying up the huge mattress. It was pretty fun to watch them jam it into the little tent!
